Attarintiki Daredi Movie Review

After overcoming a lot of hurdles, including the recent piracy fiasco, his latest movie 'Attarintiki Daaredi' finally made it to the silver screen. The most talked about Telugu movie Attarintiki Daredi, which has hit the screens on September 27 after long wait, has garnered positive reviews and rich ratings from almost all film critics across the globe. Most of the film critics have all praise for Powerstar Pawan Kalyan and Trivikram Srinivas for making it a good family entertainer. They say that the director has made a right blend of commercial ingredients to impress all classes of audience.



Story
Gautham Nandan (Pawan Kalyan), only heir to a multi-millionaire business honcho Raghu Nandan (Boman Irani in Milan), is on a mission to unite his paternal aunt Sunanda (Nadhiya) with his grandfather Raghu Nandan who is on his death bed. How did Gautham convince his aunt and what difficulties he faces forms the crux of the story. Attarintiki Daredi is a romantic action movie. Trivikram Srinivas, who has penned story, screenplay and dialogues for the film, has selected a simple storyline, but his treatment of the subject makes it an interesting watch. The movie is all about a business heir settled in USA who comes to India and eats humble pie in a bid to mend the strained relationship between his grandfather and his aunt Attayya. Pawan Kalyan's rocking performance, Trivikram's interesting narration, punch dialogues and funny onliners, Bramhanandam's comedy, Samantha-Pranitha's glamour, Devi Sri Prasad's music and background score, Prasad Murella's camera work, Peter Hein's fights, beautiful locales, art direction and costumes are the highlights of Attarintiki Daredi,

Writer-Director Trivikram  forced dialogues (Although, there are a few exceptions like "Ekkada Neggalo Kadu Ekkada Taggalo Telisinodu...Goppodu") Ahalya-Indra drama episode are a poor distortion of facts and disconnect one from the film. There are umpteen scenes in the film where Gautham slaps his side-kick every now and then, without a reason. The slapping episodes are very embarrassing. Scenes in the pre-climax portions are good.

It is a must watch movie for the fans of Pawan Kalyan and Trivikram. which has been rated an average of 3.66 out of 5.
